Step 1: Check the Netflix Server

The basic troubleshooting methods would require some valuable time. So it is always better to check if there is any Netflix server issue or downtime for maintenance before troubleshooting. Netflix has made it simple for the users to track the present status of the platform on their official website.

If the issue is with the server, the user needs to wait until Netflix resolves the problem. Netflix is aware of its vast user base, so it will not let the website downtime for a long time.

The users are aware that all the streaming happens with stable internet connectivity. If the Netflix on Roku is not working properly, check if the internet meets the internet speed of 1.5 Mbps.
